Returns Policy

For online purchases, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.  Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and delivery is non-refundable.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value or repair costs.  Returned items must be received back within 14 days of agreeing the return.

Commissions and made to order items do not fall within the distance selling regulations and are non-refundable.

 

All items are carefully wrapped to minimise any risk of damage during transit.  Please unwrap and check your furniture upon delivery.  In the unlikely event of damage during transit please contact me straight away and I will do my very best to resolve the issue promptly.

 

To avoid disappointment, please measure your space to ensure that items are suitable before purchasing.  If you are unsure about the colour match of the paint or wallpaper used on the item, please contact me and I can send out samples.
